Zander joined the Performance Services team in 2026, after completing internships with the team over the prior two summers. In his role as an Operations Intern, he gained exposure to a wide range of experiences and responsibilities, allowing him to develop valuable hands-on skills in the field. A recent graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Zander is grateful for the opportunities Performance Services provided, which significantly supported his education and professional growth.
Outside of work, Zander is actively involved in coaching track and field at Carroll High School in Fort Wayne, where he specializes in hurdles and sprints. After graduating from Carroll, he spent two years coaching boys’ volleyball before transitioning to track and field.
