Paul joined the Performance Services team in 2026 with 30 years of experience across multiple areas of architecture. With a broad professional background and a passion for thoughtful design, Paul brings a balanced perspective to each project, emphasizing creativity, functionality, and attention to detail. His approach reflects an appreciation for how well-designed spaces can enhance everyday life while meeting the practical needs of clients and communities. During the last four years, Paul has been focused on a $240 million Phase 1 and $400 million Phase 2 high school project in Colorado, along with multiple library projects in several states and civic work for the City of Denver. Before that, Paul worked on multifamily housing, resorts, hotels, affordable housing, and a variety of other project types.
Outside the office, Paul enjoys an active and varied lifestyle. He is passionate about travel, skiing, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, hiking, and golfing. He also enjoys building with LEGO® bricks and renovating his home, pursuits that reflect his interest in creativity, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and hands-on projects.
