Chris has 30 years of engineering experience. Previously, he spent five years at Control Technology and Solutions Group, auditing facilities and developing energy-focused projects to improve building performance, reduce operational expenses, and lower utility costs. Prior to that, he worked at Drury Hotels as a construction engineer for 10 years. Chris has a firm grasp of today’s energy and building codes. He has worked with technical design teams, architectural groups, and construction contractors to achieve successful, timely, and on-budget project completions. Chris appreciates the culture at Performance Services and works hard to maintain its excellent client care and service.
