Dale Bozell joined Performance Services as a senior energy engineer in 2002 and has since developed solutions for 463 buildings and 170 projects and has helped achieve 33 ENERGY STAR certifications for K 12 school clients.

Dale notes that he loves the discovery process of finding out how to best fix buildings and build new ones for the benefit of kids and school communities. Engineering solutions have included dual-temperature heating/cooling systems, low-temperature heating systems, variable air volume systems, single zone – variable air volume air handling systems, demand control ventilation, variable speed primary pumping central plant hot water/chilled water systems, and heat recovery chillers. Dale also has extensive experience with high-efficiency lighting systems, emergency generators, and peak demand limiting.

When not providing engineering solutions, Dale enjoys spending quality time with his family, hiking national parks, and biking with friends and family to stay fit.
