Doug joined Performance Services in 2019 and for the past 25 years he has worked in the commercial construction industry. For most of the 25 years, Doug worked as a project foreman in the sheet metal trade. In the most recent four years, he has worked as an estimator/project manager for Dirig Sheet Metal in Fort Wayne, IN. During that time, he was involved in several successful projects including: Warsaw Schools Design-Build Project, Parkview Noble Hospital Energy Savings Project, Fort Wayne Community Schools Energy Savings Project, and South Adams Schools MEP Design-Build Project.
Doug and his wife of 24 years have two children. They spend their summers on Silver Lake in Angola, IN, operating Camp Indogan Christian Youth Camp. The camp serves around 300 young people annually teaching them biblical values and good citizenship. They are also active in their local church family and enjoy following the Fort Wayne Komets hockey team. Doug is an avid collector of antique fruit jars, and hangs out with his Scottish Terrier named Remington.
