Jason joined Performance Services, bringing 19 years of experience and over two million square feet of renovation and new construction projects. His comprehensive skill set covers construction in education, commercial, federal, and healthcare markets. He emphasizes sustainability, including LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certifications for schools. Jason’s career as a project leader and architect has been mostly in the field. This provides deeper knowledge for initiating projects, managing bridging documents, leading teams, and successfully closing out projects. He has expertise in preconstruction, integrating design and construction teams, critical-path scheduling, subcontracting, value engineering, and cost control.
