Josh joined Performance Services after graduating from the University of Illinois in 2013 with a degree in mechanical engineering and worked as a mechanical engineer for IMEG (formerly KJWW Engineering Consultants). He worked on the healthcare team in the Chicago office, designing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems for hospitals and medical office buildings. Projects ranged from MRI room renovations to $100 million hospital renovations and additions.
Since joining Performance Services, Josh has worked with K-12 schools to develop projects to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality. He has experience with HVAC, controls, lighting, and PV solar arrays.
Josh grew up loving and playing multiple sports, and he continues to try to work out and play basketball as much as possible. He is a fan of all Chicago sports teams, but growing up on the north side is, of course, a Cubs fan.
