Martin joined Performance Services, bringing with him more than 14 years of architectural and design experience. Prior to Performance Services, he worked at Synthesis Incorporated, where he oversaw the architectural design of senior living spaces, and at Schmidt Associates for nearly eight years. He has worked on numerous K-12 schools and higher education projects all across the state of Indiana. He is passionate about adaptive reuse for the opportunities it offers to sustainably preserve and celebrate a building’s past. Martin and his wife have one daughter and live in Indianapolis. Martin is a lifelong Bears fan, having grown up in central Illinois. He loves to play board games, brew beer, and hike with his puppy.
