Martin joined Performance Services in 2020. For the past four years he worked at Synthesis Incorporated in Indianapolis. While there he oversaw the architectural design of senior living spaces. Prior to Synthesis, Martin worked at Schmidt Associates for nearly eight years. At Schmidt he worked on many K-12 school and higher education projects that took him not just all over the state, but also as far away as Cameroon in western Africa.
Martin and his wife have one daughter and live in Indianapolis. Martin is a lifelong Bears fan, having grown up in central Illinois. He loves to play boardgames, brewing beer, and hiking with his puppy.
