Matt joined Performance Services in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in project management, controls engineering, and commercial buildings. He started his career in BAS controls, working in Milwaukee and then as a project manager for seven years in Chicago. His experience has taken him through various commercial building renovations and construction projects in multiple markets, including education and healthcare. He also worked on sizing, selecting, and delivering HVAC equipment for multiple clients. Throughout his career, Matt has built a strong HVAC, construction, and project management foundation that he enjoys applying to new projects and managing them from start to finish. Matt manages a dedicated team of professionals through a positive work environment to solve complex problems and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
Matt and his wife, Colleen, live in Brookfield, WI, with their three children: two boys, Shane and Tiernan, and his daughter Deirdre. Matt enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and the outdoors when not at work. When he can find the time, he also enjoys working on home improvement projects.
