Pallavi joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Prior to that, she spent 5 years at Ecolectrics as a Solar Engineer. Being part of a small business, she quickly gained experience as the design engineer for 20MW+ residential and commercial projects. She was the main point of contact for several multi-million-dollar projects and helped carry projects from NTP to PTO. Having installed solar for federal, state, municipal and school district clients, she acquired the knowledge of working with 20+ jurisdictions in terms of inspections, interconnections, and permitting.
In her free time, Pallavi volunteers for Austin Pets Alive, training and advocating for the long-stay pups to help find them a home. When she’s not working or snuggling up with the shelter pups, she loves baking.
