Ron joined the Performance Services team in 2018. He has spent the last seven years with Aegis Worldwide, a technical recruiting agency that specializes in manufacturing. Ron was a senior recruiter, focusing on a wide variety of positions for their clients, including engineering, maintenance, controls, operations, and finance. For the last two years, Ron was working on a few different projects that saw him go onsite at one of Aegis’s clients and handle corporate recruiting for the company. This included a newly built, highly automated, manufacturing plant in Columbus, IN. There Ron helped place 50+ salaried employees, with a big focus on highly technical skillsets, in nine months.
Ron is a big fan of all Indiana sports teams, but his top three are Indiana University Hoosiers Basketball, Indiana Pacers, and Notre Dame Football. He is an avid runner and volunteers with Back on My Feet, a nonprofit that uses running (and walking) to build confidence, strength, and self-esteem in the homeless population.
