Terry has 36 years of industry experience, including 10 years at architectural firms, 16 years in project management with general contractors, and 10 years as a Construction Manager overseeing preconstruction and construction for a local design-build firm. He has been involved with a wide variety of projects, including medical, industrial, retail, educational, and religious facilities. Terry emphasizes a team approach for executing projects, capitalizing on each member’s unique skill set. This, combined with clear and open communication, helps achieve the shared goal of delivering quality projects on time and within the established budget.
Terry has worked on the following K-12 Design-Build projects Avon Elementary School Renovations ($19M), Avon Middle School Renovations ($15M), Avon Pine Tree Elementary School Renovations ($14M), Avon High School Tennis Courts ($12M), Griffith High School Aquatic and Athletic Center ($27M), Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation Facilities Improvements ($30M), and Westfield Washington Schools Elementary and Middle Schools, and Sitework ($61M).
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending his free time with his family. When in need of a little quiet time, he enjoys the pursuit of the ever-elusive birdie on the golf course.
