Terry joined the Performance Services team in 2021. He has 36 years of industry experience, including 10 years with architectural firms, 16 years of project management experience with general contractors, and 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager overseeing the preconstruction and construction of projects with a local design-build firm. He has been involved with a wide variety of projects, including medical, industrial, retail, educational, and religious facilities. Terry emphasizes a team approach for executing projects, capitalizing on each member’s unique skill set. This, combined with clear and open communication, helps achieve the common goal of delivering quality projects in a timely manner within the established budget.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending his free time with family, which includes two, soon to be three grandchildren. When in need of a little quiet time, he enjoys the pursuit of the ever-elusive birdie on the golf course.
