Tom joined the Performance Services team in 2023. For the prior eight years, Tom has held various retail management roles, most recently as Assistant Manager of Operations for Lululemon at the Keystone Fashion Mall. He supported as the Store Opening Lead for the most recent renovation along with the implementation of a new hiring process that significantly dropped turnover year over year.
Outside work, Tom is an avid cyclist, a Purdue fan, and loves supporting his wife in her Ironman training.
