Wade Stanford joined Performance Services as an Education Consultant following a distinguished 43-year career in public education, including a decade of service as a Texas public school superintendent. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building high-performing leadership teams, strengthening organizational culture, and helping school districts transform vision into measurable results for students.
As superintendent of Westwood ISD in Palestine, Texas, Wade led the district through a period of significant organizational growth and improvement. His leadership included the successful passage of the district’s first bond election in more than four decades, the implementation of a comprehensive literacy initiative that produced significant gains in student achievement, and the development of collaborative leadership systems focused on continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
Wade is passionate about developing leaders at every stage of their journey. He partners with superintendents, cabinet members, principals, and leadership teams as a trusted thought partner, helping them strengthen leadership capacity, navigate complex challenges, build cohesive teams, and maintain an unwavering focus on improving student outcomes. His collaborative coaching style is grounded in authentic relationships, practical experience, and the belief that leadership is both a responsibility and an opportunity to positively influence others.

Wade earned a Bachelor of Science from East Central University and a Master of Education from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is widely respected for his servant leadership philosophy, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to developing leaders and teams that lead with courage, conviction, and purpose.
