Project Description

Nicolet’s original building envelope incorporated a single panel window wall system that provided abundant natural light but was very energy inefficient. In the 1970’s most of the windows were covered with insulated panels reducing natural light but saving energy.

The Performance Services’ solution replaced the aged window system, removed the insulated panels, and installed a high-efficiency window wall system that has improved both natural lighting and energy efficiency for the building.

The Phase I Lighting Project was competitively bid as part of the RFQ/P process and came in under the budget, which will directly benefit the school district.
