Bob has 20+ years of experience, developing new markets for performance contracting and design-build projects in the school and municipal markets. Since joining PSI in 2002, Bob has developed over 200 performance contracting and design-build projects worth more than $750 million across. Bob has led the development of new markets by executing strategic marketing plans, hiring local sales, design and construction professionals, and partnering with school and municipal associations to market PSI’s performance contracting and design-build solutions
Beyond his enjoyment of his role, Bob’s reason for being at Performance Services is the company’s shared client philosophy, entrepreneurial spirit, and talented team. When not working, family is a priority. Bob also stays fit by biking, golfing, and playing basketball. From the Windy City, Bob is a proud and hopeful Chicago Cubs fan.
