Project Description
Purdue University Calumet selected Performance Services to develop a campus-wide Energy Master Plan for 14 buildings on two campuses in 2010. This plan mapped out both short and long-term opportunities for the campus to significantly reduce energy usage and integrate renewable energy systems where they made sense. The Plan also served as a foundation for a Qualified Energy Savings (QES) project launched in 2012 and Performance Services was awarded the project that addressed the major components of the Energy Master Plan.
As a value-added service, Performance Services also worked with NIPSCO and Purdue to secure $219,809 in utility incentives with the check payable to the university.
