Project Description

In 2020, the School District of Omro selected Performance Services to complete a campus-wide facility improvement project after the successful passing of a capital referendum. The improvement project is focused on addressing educational programming, repairs and replacements, and safety and security across the district's three school buildings. The project will help address deferred maintenance and infrastructure needs, including a roof replacement, HVAC upgrades, ADA upgrades, school building remodels, the construction of a maintenance shop, and upgrades to the student fabrication lab.

H.B. Patch Elementary School

  • Remodel the library media center
  • Repair and replace the roof
  • Update interior fixtures
  • Replace essential safety and security equipment
  • Replace fiber/internet connection between buildings

Omro Elementary School

  • Remodel library and computer lab
  • Replace essential safety and security equipment
  • Replace gym roof
  • Upgrade HVAC system
  • Upgrade flooring, and interior fixtures
  • Resurface parking lot and improve traffic flow
  • Replace fiber/internet connection between buildings

Omro Middle/High School

  • Add a fabrication lab for technology education
  • Install air conditioning 
  • Construct a maintenance shop for proper vehicle and equipment storage
  • Address ADA complicant issues in bathrooms, elevator, and gym/auditorium seating
  • Replace essential safety and security equipment
  • Upgrade HVAC system
  • Upgrade aged kitchen equipment
  • Replace flooring
  • Replace athletic scoreboards
