Project Description
In 2016, Twin Lakes recognized several facility improvement needs and began searching for the appropriate delivery method to achieve their goals. After thorough research, the design-build delivery method was found to offer advantages in cost, quality of work, and speed of delivery. The district went through a competitive bid process and selected Performance Services to make additions and renovations to five school buildings and an athletic facility.

- New secure entryways at two elementary schools
- Boiler plant, air handler, and chiller upgrades
- Classroom, gym, and media center HVAC replacement at Oaklawn Elementary School
- Office suite relocation and remodel at Oaklawn Elementary School
- Two classroom additions and art room renovation at Oaklawn Elementary School
- Auxiliary gym updates at Roosevelt Middle School
- Clean and seal limestone facade at Roosevelt Middle School
- Auxiliary gym addition, two classroom additions, and new kitchen equipment at Meadowlawn Elementary School
- Welding shop upgrades and FACS Classroom upgrades at Twin Lakes High School
- Phone system upgrades at all buildings
- Nine tennis court replacements
