Michael has 14+ years of experience in controls programming and integration with a focus on K-12 schools. He has brought his strong controls programming background and knowledge of multiple control systems to each design-build and guaranteed savings project since he joined Performance Services in 2011. Michael is committed to building customer confidence and trust, and to delivering quality results by maximizing equipment efficiency while maintaining a comfortable, optimal learning/working environment, thereby contributing to high-performance building operations.
Michael is proficient with Alerton, Distech, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Trane, and Tridium to create user-friendly HVAC control systems for clients. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Michael’s experience includes the overhead and rolling steel doors industry.
