Neal joined Performance Services in 2011, and has over 15 years of design and energy engineering experience in a variety of markets. Neal has also spent a portion of his career with a mechanical contractor gaining valuable project management and estimating experience. Neal joined PSI to have the opportunity to be part of projects from inception during the project development phase through construction completion, and work for a company that values building long term relationships with their clients.
