Duke joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Duke has 16 years of experience in performance contracting as a Project Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Project Developer, working for companies such as CTS Group, Energy Solutions Professionals, GRP|Wegman, and Veregy. Over the past year, he has developed $36 million of shovel-ready projects. As a Regional Operations Manager, Duke was responsible for a team of 3-5 project managers serving Kansas, Nebraska, and NW Missouri for four years. Although Duke has worked throughout the Midwest, most of his projects have been located close to the highway US 136 corridor.
Duke stays active most of the time between raising his two children and maintaining the family farm. His hobbies include deer hunting, wine/beer making, cooking, and gardening. Duke also spends many weekends at the family farm in Northern Missouri. Living near Kansas City, he is a Chiefs fan.
