Rebecca Afshar, ALEP, LEED AP

Rebecca joined the Performance Services team in 2024. She is a Wisconsin native who grew up in central WI, went to college in Milwaukee, and now has lived in Green Bay for over 20 years. With over 25 years of experience in architecture and more than a decade in teaching, Rebecca Afshar has dedicated her career to fostering healthy, supportive, and inspiring learning environments. Her work is driven by a deep respect for students and educators and a belief that the built environment plays a vital role in their success. As both an architect and educator, Rebecca views school facilities not just as buildings but as dynamic tools for learning. She has led visionary projects that align with the long-term academic goals of school communities, always advocating for spaces that are enriching, safe, and conducive to growth. Rebecca’s passion lies in creating environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive—spaces that reflect the school’s mission, wellness, and innovation in education.

Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting with different pizza recipes, hiking, and skiing with her family.
