Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
HR Administration- Maintain accurate and up to date HR records.
- Ensure HRIS information is current and complete.
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding and employee exits.
- Create and maintain internal communications.
- Provide support for special projects as needed by the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Complete new hire data entry and communication after offer acceptance.
- Coordinate background checks and drug screens.
- Coordinate New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities.
- Manage new hire and presenter calendars, email communications, room setup, and Welcome box supplies.
- Monitor orientation sessions each day.
- Support annual planning, including boardroom scheduling, presenter invitations, presentations, and agenda updates.
- Assist with general employee questions.
- Update and revise job requirements and job descriptions for all roles.
- Support the Wellness Program.
- Track completion of program requirements.
- Assist with planning and organizing wellness activities.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records across various systems.
- Assist with benefit open enrollment and inquiries.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Update the employee handbook and employee communications.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and general HR matters.
- Assist with the coordination of training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and track HR metrics.

Working Conditions
- Office functions will primarily be performed at PSI’s business office in Indianapolis, IN.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
