Job Summary: Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining existing relationships and cultivating new relationships for the purpose of growing the Performance Services business.  BDM’s are involved with executing strategic selling initiatives, along with the planning and execution of bid and proposal activities.  BDM’s will collaborate with Lead Engineers and Project Managers for the synchronized effort of all internal and external resources to accomplish business development and sales objectives.

Experience and Education: 5+ years working on project teams required. 3+ years leading project teams required. 3+ years executive level sales experience required. Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of business development experience preferred. Experience working with school corporations, specifically K-12, preferred.

NATIONAL SOLAR DIRECTOR- INDIANAPOLIS/CHICAGO

Job Summary: The National Solar Director is responsible for providing leadership and employee development to the Solar Operations Team. They are responsible for orchestrating the appropriate PSI and customer resources to meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals. They will work closely and collaboratively with the sales, marketing and the legal team to drive and close business. They will be responsible for maintaining high Customer Experience (CX) results to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and commitments.

Experience and Education: 3-5 years of sales/customer advocacy/commercial experience that reflects day to day, week to week, customer interaction. Experiencing in a supervisory role in a team environment. A full understanding of Solar PV systems is required. 4-year degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Job Summary: Responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive solutions in design, energy and performance engineering. Lead engineers work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Experience and Education: Minimum Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience designing traditional plan and specification projects in the HVAC industry. Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience performing energy engineering functions in support of performance contracting projects. BSME or BSMET from an accredited college or university. Professional Engineer registration in states where projects are conducted.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - TEXAS, MICHIGAN

Job Summary: Responsible for providing assistance in the estimating process to the Engineering/Estimating team. Writing and awarding contracts. Planning and scheduling proper staffing of assigned projects. Ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements. Maintaining excellent team communication with the customer and entire project team. Providing overall leadership to the project team to ensure a safe, profitable, and timely project completion. Providing overall contract administration throughout closeout of assigned projects.

Experience and Education: 6-10 years of experience in commercial construction; experience in the design-build methodology of project development is preferred; 4-year degree or industry experience equivalent preferred; background in educational or commercial construction.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST- INDIANA, ILLINOIS, WISCONSIN

Job Summary:  Responsible for assisting the service group in resolving EMS-related issues.  Duties will include; programming, customer training, troubleshooting, documenting performance, commissioning and setting up remote access communications.  This position will work closely with our Engineering team assisting in analyzing facilities, developing solutions, design and drawing preparation.

Experience and Education:  A minimum of 7 years of HVAC experience as a control technician such as JCI, Siemens, Invensys, Andover, Trane, or Alerton. A background in the service industry is a plus.  Experience serving K-12 schools is preferred as well as some engineering experience.  A 2-year technical degree or equivalent.

PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE SPECIALIST- TEXAS, ILLINOIS

Job Summary: The Performance Assurance Specialist is the primary customer service representative to all PSI customers once each project is complete. The Performance Assurance Specialist is also responsible for Building Automation System (BAS) operator training, BAS technical support, and BAS operational performance. 

Experience and Education: Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent. Candidate needs experience acquiring and analyzing data, and determining how it impacts system performance and energy conservation results. Experience as an HVAC control technician or BAS system operator is strongly preferred, as well as experience working in a service oriented position.

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT- ILLINOIS

Job Summary: The Educational Consultant is expected to assist Business Development Managers in securing renovation/ construction projects by introducing them to school/ city officials. They are to co-present our offerings to school/ city administrators and school board/ city council members. The consultants will attend some Superintendent, Business & Facilities Officials and Board Association Meetings. The consultants will communicate ideas and important customer information to our Business Development Managers and team.

SENIOR ARCHITECT- INDIANA

Job Summary: Performance Services is looking for an Architect for a variety of public and private architectural projects. This position involves managing the production efforts on projects/designs, "red lines," architectural design, code evaluations, construction document drawings, site evaluations, construction administration, specifications, project meetings and presentations, and coordination with our internal engineers, project managers and outside consultants for projects ranging from $2 million to $50 million in construction cost.

Experience and Education:  Bachelor’s in Architecture required. Minimum of 10 years commercial building experience, architectural project management experience, architectural design experience, and construction management knowledge. Minimum two years REVIT experience. A professional license is preferred but not required.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR- INDIANA

Job Summary: The Systems Integrator is responsible to design, build, synthesize and implement technological application customized to the organization and customer’s needs.  

Experience and Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent number of years of experience is required. Applicants must have 5 years of experience with construction and controls. Need to understand end users and service personnel needs and develop controls systems that meet these needs. Must be able prepare designs, specifications, and test requirements for existing and new products. Must be able to optimize system designs for performance, cost, and standardization. Need to prepare and track expense budgets for assigned projects and personnel.

DESIGN BUILD MANAGER

Job Summary: The Design-Build Manager drives, directs and coordinates all aspects the PSI Design-Build process. Responsible for coordination of all cross departmental efforts associated with Design-Build projects and achieve DB delivery goals. This includes pre-construction, design, project execution and commissioning.

Experience and Education:  Must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing others, as well as a minimum of 7 years experience in a Design Build setting. Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
