Abby joined the Performance Services team in 2025. She spent the first 15 years of her career in various roles and working her way up to an executive assistant at Shiel Sexton and Anova. While there, she learned the inner workings of construction and found her passion in facilitating the day-to-day of her team and easing their burdens, helping their days run smoothly. She went on to become an office manager at EasyCare, specializing in helping support every employee and wearing many hats, from dealership onboarding to funding loans. Most importantly, she got to be the “chief fun officer” and assist in planning monthly meetings and workshops!
In her spare time, you can find Abby with her nose in a book, trying to beat her boys in a game of “PIG”, or hiking with the family.
