The Tipton County Board of Commissioners will host a groundbreaking event to mark the start of construction for the new Tipton County Jail and Sheriff’s Administration Center to be located at 2300 W. SR 28, in Tipton on August 23rd at 10:00 a.m. The event will take place in the auditorium of the Tipton Foundation followed by the official groundbreaking at the construction site.
