He began his career at 18 in construction within refinery environments, where early hands‑on experience and a strong work ethic helped shape his professional foundation. At 23, he transitioned into the oil and gas industry in West Texas, working on tank batteries and well pads. During this time, he continued to build his technical skills and deepen his understanding of industrial operations. In 2019, he took a significant step in his career by becoming an apprentice electrician—a decision that proved to be one of the most impactful turning points in his professional journey.
Through years of dedication, hard work, and continuous learning in both industrial and commercial electrical work, Bayron earned his Journeyman Electrician license and advanced into a leadership role as an Electrical Supervisor. His experience spans construction, electrical work, and team leadership, and he takes great pride in mentoring others and delivering safe, high‑quality, and reliable work.
