Doug joined the Performance Services team with a 20+ year track record of progressive success in the A/E/C industry. His results have been derived from building strong, enduring relationships with both internal and external clients based on authenticity and an honest approach to communication. He has held various business development roles including individual field contribution, national markets, team leadership, and new market development. In addition to extensive experience with multiple engineering firms, most recently, he worked with a multi-state architectural firm where he helped open new firm markets and was collaboratively responsible for several significant K-12 and Higher Education project wins.
Doug served in the US Army’s 10th Special Forces Group and is a second-generation paratrooper. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and being outdoors.
