Lisa joined the team in 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience in disaster recovery and emergency management. At AECOM, she played a key role in managing homeowner rebuilding programs for Hurricane Harvey across Houston and Southeast Texas. Her expertise also includes hazard mitigation and critical infrastructure resiliency planning at the state and local levels, working closely with federal partners such as FEMA and DHS. Before transitioning into emergency management, Lisa served as an intelligence officer with assignments in the CIA Office of Public Affairs and managed a bilateral information-sharing program in Japan.
Today, Lisa remains active in community emergency response organizations and the Japan-America Society in the Greater Houston area.
