Shawn joined the Performance Services team in 2026, with over 30 years in sales. Shawn has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies – both large and small, including SC Johnson Wax, The Gallup Organization, and Johnson Controls. Most recently, she served as a National Business Development Manager for McKinstry. She gained extensive experience in Performance Contracting and in selling large, complex projects during her tenure with JCI, during which her career took her to Dallas, Texas, Jacksonville, Florida, and eventually Atlanta, Georgia.
Outside of work, she enjoys the beach and water activities. She loves all genres of music, watching documentaries, and exploring thrift stores for hidden treasures!
