Tracy joined the Performance Services team in July of 2025 and resides in the Montgomery City, MO, about 50 miles from St. Louis. Prior to joining PSI, he spent 29 years in K-12 Education, the last fourteen as Superintendent. Tracy brings 29 years of working with rural schools across the state of Missouri. He is proud alumni of Northwest Missouri State University, and loves spending time with his family, fishing, and all things sports.
