Seth joined the Performance Services team in 2025. For the past 20 years, Seth has worked in various sectors extensively, including resort hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, Infant-K, K-12, and higher education, including sports. Working on large, complicated projects such as the Ritz-Carlton Highlands (CA), design award winning mixed-use “The Nicholas” (OH), Prototype Infant-K care for Eagle County (CO), and 500k sf of CTE buildings for Midland College (TX), Seth understands the complexities and attention to detail that takes projects from good to great. He has an eye for great documents and coordination, which he brings from his various sector experiences.
Seth is a retired professional Olympic Triathlete who now competes professionally in Ultra-Trail Running. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, overlanding, and designing/building off-grid living vehicles and buildings.
