Lauren joined the Performance Services team in 2025. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, and she brings 10 years of experience, primarily focused on municipal work, as well as civic and medical projects. Most recently, Lauren contributed to the City of Aurora Fire Department Headquarters and the Sugar Grove Police Station projects.
Outside of work, Lauren is an avid runner who participates in marathons—most recently the Chicago Marathon—and enjoys spending time with her high-energy dog, Violet.
