Ben joined the Performance Services team in 2025, with four years of experience in the construction industry, managing public work for general contractors. He’s worked on projects for UIC, CDB, IDOT, CPS, Pace Bus, and on the federal side – GSA. Though his career is still young, Ben quickly stepped up from a Project Engineer to an Assistant Project Manager and has managed a handful of projects on his own during that time, primarily CPS schools and capital development board projects.
He graduated from UIUC in 2021 and enjoys returning to the university to participate in the career fair and give lectures regarding construction management to undergraduate students. Outside of work, he plays in the park district softball and basketball men’s leagues with friends and loves to explore concerts in Chicago and beyond. Ben is an avid wristwatch collector and enthusiast who has sustained his passion for the hobby for years.
