Hanna joined Performance Services in 2025. Prior to that, she spent five years working at Jackson Systems, primarily as a Customer Service Engineer and Showroom Manager. Her responsibilities included helping contractors in the showroom, providing technical assistance on iO HVAC equipment – primarily iO HVAC zoning, helping contractors with placing orders, warranty issues, and returns, and having knowledge of all other products sold/carried at Jackson Systems. She also worked as a Cafeteria Manager at HSE High School. During the summer months, she worked as an ANS Boat Inspector at Rocky Mountain Recreation Company, inspecting watercraft for any aquatic nuisance species.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, kayaking, and reading a good book.
