Jennifer joined the Performance Services team in 2026. Over the past decade, Jennifer has held leadership and instructional roles in Arizona, most recently as Coordinator of Specialized Programs for Mesa Public Schools. In this role, she led cross-functional teams to implement and optimize specialized program models, driving improvements in workforce performance, staff development, and organizational support systems. She has extensive experience designing and delivering professional development for adult learners, including facilitating leadership development initiatives in Mesa Public Schools as a Special Education Instructional Coach and Professional Development Coach. Jennifer is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Trainer and holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Northcentral University.
In her free time, Jennifer and her husband enjoy kayaking, walking in the woods, and traveling.
