Jon joined the Performance Services team in 2026. He began his career in the industry 20 years ago when he joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. For 14 years prior, Jon worked at The Pangere Corporation as a Carpenter, Project Manager, and Estimator, focusing on healthcare, K‑12, and retail projects. Because healthcare is one of Pangere’s largest markets, he led several multi-phased projects within active patient care environments—including Labor and Delivery, ER, and Radiology. These projects required strong coordination, scheduling, and quality control to reduce infection risks related to construction activities. He has always valued the opportunity to learn from and mentor apprentices, superintendents, and fellow project managers.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys coaching his kids’ youth sports teams, fundraising for his local Little League, listening to music, grilling, and watching the Chicago Bears with his family.
