Kia joined Performance Services in 2025, bringing 14 years of experience in the AEC industry and marketing. She is known for strengthening complex, cross-functional efforts through clear communication, organized workflows, and strong stakeholder alignment. She partnered with our Texas K12 team to help pass an $8.9 million bond in November 2025. Kia helps create consistency and visibility across voter-dependent K12 funding initiatives by establishing best practices, managing timelines, and supporting business development and design teams from the opportunity stage through Election Day.
Kia also teaches at Austin Community College and enjoys traveling the world with her family and friends.
