RJ joined the Performance Services team in 2025 after completing two prior summer internships, where he contributed to multiple projects. A recent graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, RJ brings a strong foundation in project coordination, along with a keen attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a consistently positive attitude.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, working out, and watching movies. He also loves spending time with his two dogs.
