Doug joined Performance Services in 2019. Prior to that, Doug worked in the design-build industry for over 10 years leading and supporting projects in collaboration with consultants and owners. He has over 20 years of architecture experience and has worked on numerous projects ranging in size from $1 million to over $100 million. Doug brings his expertise and leadership to Performance Services to strengthen an already great team.

He and his wife of 20 years, Kasey, are blessed to have two children and one furry dog Ivy. Kasey is a second-grade teacher at Southeastern Elementary. Their son Maddox loves playing baseball, being outside, and playing any sport he can. Their daughter Harper enjoys cheerleading, gymnastics, and making bracelets with her friends.

You can find Doug watching his son’s baseball team, attending a cheer competition, or sitting around a fire pit with family and friends in his free time.
