Sterling Miller

Sterling has spent the last 20 years assisting colleges and universities, K-12 schools, and government customers improve their facility infrastructure and operating efficiency. Previously a facility planner for St. Louis Public Schools, Sterling has prepared more than 40 projects for state funding and energy audits, loans, and grants. Sterling also helped Missouri school districts receive $8 million in grants and loans for energy conservation projects in school buildings. In addition to school experience, Sterling has worked at Energy Systems Group developing innovative design-build MEP solutions for customers. He joined Performance Services in 2014 and has significant experience in helping educational institutions and municipalities improve comfort through optimal environments. Additionally, he has helped these customers reduce utility costs and allow resources to be shifted to other service delivery programs.
