Fort Stockton ISD had a clear goal: update its aging stadium infrastructure and create an enhanced, more functional athletic facility that would not only serve student-athletes and fans—but also stand as a point of pride for the entire community. To bring that vision to life, the District launched a competitive RFQ/RFP process to identify a trusted design-build partner and chose to partner with Performance Services.

Collaborative Planning to Align Vision with Execution

From the start, Performance Services worked hand in hand with district leadership through a series of planning and design sessions. Through open dialogue, site evaluations, and space-planning exercises, the team refined the project scope to ensure it aligned with student, spectator, and community priorities.

Key objectives included:

  • Enhancing the student-athlete experience with modern, safe, and accessible facilities
  • Improving spectator comfort and functionality on both home and visitor sides
  • Creating a long-term community asset that reflects the pride of Fort Stockton

Design-Build Solutions That Deliver Impact

The design-build solution focuses on targeted renovations to dramatically improve stadium performance, functionality, and appearance.

Project scope includes:

  • Replacement of home-side bleachers with upgraded seating and integrated accessibility
  • Construction of a new press box to improve operations, visibility, and safety
  • New concession stand and restroom facilities to enhance the game-day experience
  • Construction of a new elevator tower to provide ADA access to the press box and seating
  • Renovations to the visitor-side bleachers, press box, and restrooms, ensuring improvements across the entire stadium

These upgrades will transform Panther Stadium into a more efficient, comfortable, and inclusive environment for students, staff, and fans.
