Steve joined the Performance Services team in 2025. He is passionate about helping school districts build stronger communities by delivering innovative, student-focused solutions. With over 25 years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, and sales, he’s built a career driving growth and creating long-term relationships that make a difference.
His work has taken him across the Southwest Region of the U.S., where he’s partnered with educators and leaders to launch and expand programs that support both students and operations. His approach starts with listening first, understanding each district’s unique needs, and then aligning solutions that empower schools to better serve their communities, today and for the future.
He and his wife of 23 years have two daughters. Their oldest is entering her senior year at Arizona State University, while their youngest will be a high school senior this fall. Outside of work, Steve enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
