Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
Grant Services Program Development (50%)- Identify and evaluate federal, state, and local grant opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Develop and lead an internal Grant Services program that supports sellers and customers in navigating the funding landscape.
- Provide customized reports focused on government funding availability and application action plans.
- Coaching on researching applicable funding opportunities and writing applications.
- External presentations focused on funding and given to individual customers and groups at conferences to promote the company as a trusted partner and thought leader.
- Support with reporting and compliance requirements to appropriately steward the grant and to sustain the customer’s commitment.
- Write and manage compelling grant proposals or funding narratives aligned with solution offerings.
- Turn policy, legislation, and funding trends into customer-ready briefings, presentations, and toolkits.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver thought leadership content, campaign strategy, and go-to-market messaging tied to grants.
- Build and deliver scalable sales tools: competitive funding intelligence, customer briefs, sales playbooks, and internal training assets.
- Equip sales teams with timesaving, value-driven resources, templates, and client-ready tools to expedite understanding of funding trends.
- Accelerate deal cycles by supporting sellers with insights into complex funding and procurement environments.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and delivery to align strategy, messaging, and execution tied to funding.
- Monitor changes in grant regulations and funding landscapes.
- Ensure all grant-funded projects meet regulatory and contractual obligations.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, public-sector funding, strategic communication, or program management
- Demonstrated success launching or supporting grant programs.
- Deep understanding of the K–12, local government, and/or performance contracting landscape.
- Strong storytelling, research, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
