Dan Jordan worked for 37 years in public schools in Arkansas. He served as a teacher/coach for seven years, high school assistant principal for five years, high school principal for five years, assistant superintendent (Director of Personnel and Student Services) for fifteen years, and then superintendent for five years. Following his public-school administration career, he became the Governmental Relations Director for the Arkansas School Boards Association, where he served as an education policy lobbyist for six years, spending a lot of time at the Capitol with legislators, retiring in July 2024.
Dan looks forward to the opportunity to work with the great people at PSI, especially realizing the possibility of continuing to impact education in Arkansas around educational facilities.
He has been married for over 43 years to his wonderful wife, Kathy and has two adult children and two grandchildren. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and traveling with family and friends, as well as taking an occasional motorcycle road trip with friends.
