Karen joined the Performance Services team in 2020. Karen began working in the water industry for Ferguson Waterworks, Inc. located in Dallas, Texas. During her 19 years with Ferguson her duties included numerous aspects of supplying and servicing customers with their water utility supply needs. Karen helped develop the first phase of “Ferguson Online”, a resource for materials ordering & warehouse/project management. Once developed, Karen was responsible for growing online sales and expanding the customer inventory tracking programs in Texas. By the end of year 3, Texas online sales grew to over $250M, and several city contracts for sole source supplies were secured. Karen was promoted to Ferguson’s Meter Division and during the last five years her focus has been on automated metering and smart city technology. With the advantage of strong customer relationships and having a top priority of customer service, she lead her team in AMR/AMI systems sales and implementation over the last two years.
