Shana Lopez has a 12 years of experience working with K-12 facility management clients. She has served in the role of performance assurance analyst responsible for monitoring client utilities, equipment usage and communicating energy savings information for all guaranteed energy savings contracts. In hercurrent role in the marketing department, she works directly with clients to educate them on energy conservation strategies as it pertains to the performance of their buildings at annual savings report school board presentations. Shana also works closely with performance assurance analysts and facilitates the EPA ENERGY STAR® certification process for K-12 school clients. Shana has been instrumental in helping clients at 115 buildings achieve the ENERGY STAR® award since 2008. She also looks forward to opportunities to share with clients exciting news about their schools, such as energy savings, utility cost reductions, and awards like ENERGY STAR®.
Shana served on the Energy Leadership professional services development team and led the due diligence process for selection of Utility Manager Pro, a non-proprietary energy accounting software utilized by Energy Managers and the Energy Leadership energy conservation program.
Shana received her Masters of Business Administration from Anderson University. She is married, enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
