Jason joined the Performance Services team in 2025. Prior to that, he was employed at DEEM, LLC, as a BIM Coordinator/Detailer in Plumbing. In his most recent years, he was the Lead BIM Refrigeration Coordinator with some assistant design work. He was their library of Revit family manager for refrigeration and assisted with plumbing family library, as well. Jason became the Lead Plumbing Coordinator on projects like Caterpillar Lafayette and the Refrigeration Coordinator for the Lilly LP-1 project in Lebanon. That was a culmination of his efforts to bring their project drawings from CAD to Revit so they could be used in coordinated projects other than just drawings for DEEM’s refrigeration installers. 22 years prior, he was a CAD draftsman and network administrator for an architectural firm in Indianapolis, R. Beaman Associates Inc., before the owner retired and closed the company. He was key in setting up the company’s network, file management, library of CAD blocks, CAD standards, and day-to-day file management standards.
Outside of work, Jason is a lifelong fan of the Indianapolis 500, IndyCar, and other IMS racing events. He has also been a 20+ year volunteer for the 500 festivals in their education program since its official launch in 2005. 18+ year volunteer in the 500 Festival parade logistics group. He enjoys assisting his kids in many activities at their high school and is an active parent in many school-related activities. He is a part of the Franklin Community Schools Calendar Committee.
