Project Description
Michigan City Schools was looking to reduce energy costs and renovate the energy systems to better serve the energy needs of their schools. The District selected Performance Services to implement a guaranteed energy savings project that will save $260,758 annually in energy costs. Thirteen school buildings received renovations including nine elementary schools, two middle schools, Michigan City High School, and the administration building.
